Attractive, nice size, width for tight spaces. Great suction, very heavy for me (small, old, grandma), hard to push forward and pull back. A little clunky to turn, but GREAT to go straight, great deep cleaning. The lift hose is short but if available a longer one can be purchased as an accessory. I have a wand under the couch/device which is fine. I end up mostly using my Bissel vacuum for daily quick cleaning and my old Kenmore canister for edges, corners, hard-to-reach places, and car cleaning. I'd buy it again and put up with minor nuances, but wish it had forward and reverse drive even if it cost more. My sister-in-law has a larger model and she said it was too heavy for her too.
