I'd like to say, yes I also received a broken bottle but I'm not faulting that to the company because my Revain box was smashed.This product so far has been lovely. We have a decade old all white cat who's a little on the chunky side so she doesn't like to clean her under side. When she's wet, she smells really bad. This soap left her odorless and soft. We bought this because of some hair loss and itching problems she was having and since using this product, I haven't seen her bite since. This is a cat who is overly sensitive to everything so I'm happy that so far it hasn't caused her any discomfort (will update if it does).This soap is thick so make sure to rinse your kitty really well if you use it on them. Our girl just sits still in the tub so we didn't have any problems with this. (Just don't get any water up their nose or in their ears)So far I recommend
