Is this new or used?
I'm not new to this product so I know what it should be. That's why I can definitely call it a "second". I bought these pillows at half price a year ago. After a full year of use, they retained their strength - a strength that surpasses the so-called new pad. To make matters worse, the logos on the two pillows don't even match in color. I would never use it for guests. This is for an insert only. Really disgusting! Would never recommend that.
