Initially happy with the install
Purchased for use with Scotty's extended gear head. Not a cheap overall cost, but it increases visibility from my boat's rail to make it easier to see things when I'm actively fishing. Seems very solid. Remember that you will need to purchase nuts and bolts to attach the fish finder and anything else you wish to attach. I also recommend using a liberal amount of blue Loctite to prevent things from loosening during insertion.
