I know hate is a tough word but the truth is some people really despise drinking water. The lack of flavor is one of the biggest complaints. However, the biggest obstacle for me is unhealthy habits. I'm feeling very bad right now and I'm trying to save my life. Water is essential to life and our well-being and makes up up to 60% of an adult human body. All of our bodily functions are related to the presence of water. That being said, I understand that water intake is a very important part of my recovery process; Which brings me to my favorite feature of my Live Infinite water bottle. You might automatically think of a fruit strainer or a mixing ball in a shaker to give it that flavor most people think water lacks. No, not for me. My water intake is virtually non-existent and my health is so out of control that I have to take small steps. The first step was to buy a bottle. The second step was to pour water into it. The third step was to start consuming water, which brings me to my favorite feature. Since I haven't been drinking water, the consumption time marker allows me to spread my intake out into smaller intervals, which in turn allows me to set realistic and achievable water goals. One thing I've learned the hard way, I never take the little things for granted because sometimes it's the little things that make the difference.
