I eat rice every day and a good rice cooker is very important to me. I've been using an InstaPot pressure cooker for years and decided to upgrade. Flavor-wise, I don't see a significant improvement that would justify the $200 cost difference over InstaPot. Maybe I'm not used to the water level required for this stove. Only time can tell. Nevertheless, I really like the keep-warm function of this oven. Rice changes little in flavor throughout the day and stays decent for another day or two. The same feature in InstaPot always overcooks the rice, so I always had to store extra rice in the freezer.
