I bought this product in December 2019 but now less than a year it does NOT cook although the error message has not appeared. It just keeps working, but the rice doesn't cook at all. I have asked Revain to ship a warranty product within 2 weeks but still have not received anything. I also contacted the product service department and asked how they could help me with the issue.
