I like that it allows me to have multiple accounts in one place, so when something is off with an account (like email or billing) all of my other customers are not affected! It can be difficult at times figuring out what information you need from your clients vs their preferences/needs versus system requirements etc., but overall this has been very helpful! One thing we've really enjoyed about keepCon as compared to our competition was how easy they made onboarding new employees - no more having them fill up forms over several days just getting started!!
