To be honest, anything negative about this blender would be an exaggeration based on some sort of misrepresentation with no factual basis. It's amazing, powerful and affordable. I buy Cuisinart whenever I can because everything I've ever bought from Cuisinart has been of the highest quality. Sometimes the pinion shaft is not aligned when installing the box? Aside from being powerful, it does it all without spending hundreds of dollars on additional accessories. I love him so much that I wonder how I used to live without him. NOTHING is cheap or cheaply made about this blender. Plus Cuisinart stands behind their products and has great customer service.
