I want to give this product 0 stars. Got my first capacitor. The charging instructions didn't work, but I work with electronics so I charged it correctly with a test lamp anyway. It had no capacitance and would drop below 12 volts on bass kicks and feed a relatively small 500 watt amplifier. I contacted the company for an RMA on February 11th. I didn't get a replacement until March 2nd (in fact they didn't even send my replacement until February 24th when I contact them again to ask where it is). The second capacitor wasn't charged above 10 volts, so I didn't even connect it to mains for fear it might explode. I ended up returning the original from Revain for a refund and had to go to great lengths to dispose of the replacement. Ultimately it was a waste of time and I used an old Scosche 500k capacitor while looking for a reliable 2f capacitor. BTW, a 10 year old 500k Scosche has more capacitance than any of those "2 Farad" capacitors and will charge correctly on the first try. Save yourself time and nerves and buy something else. The service is below the baseboard and the product is even worse than the service.
