Review on WEISHI Nostalgic Long Handle Butterfly Open Safety Razor with Double Edge Blades by Jennifer Bondy

This is my first safety razor; I'm tired of buying expensive replacement disposable cartridges. This worked very well for me as a beginner. I'm not very good with angles but I wouldn't say it's a very "aggressive" razor as I find it difficult to cut. I occasionally get cuts if I'm not careful in tricky spots, and once I cut my finger badly while handling it carelessly. But I think I've only cut myself 3-4 times in almost a year of shaving my legs and armpits, and I'm not a particularly coordinated person. (I've dropped the razor more times than I've cut myself, and it survived, although dropping something that heavy is scary.) I like the blade-changing mechanism, which doesn't usually work. loose and I like the gunmetal color and length of the handle. I never used the blades that came with the kit; I have a couple of Astra Platinums that I change out more often than necessary.
