Just received the chopper. Ok - it takes some practice, but I like the results. Need scissors to remove sticky labels stuck in my shredder. The first cuts were disappointing. They work best on minimal sheets of paper. If you have something with bubble wrap, try removing the bubble portion. This also works if you enter at an angle and then step back and enter from a different direction. This makes a small square but works well. Cut the trash can. I also sprayed kitchen nonstick spray on the blades to make the process easier. Scissors can be washed in hot soapy water. Everything goes in the trash, so the spray came my way.
