Review on 🪑 500 lb. Rated Black LeatherSoft Executive Swivel Ergonomic Office Chair with Arms - Flash Furniture HERCULES Series, Big & Tall by Shannon Judd

When I first tried to get a Hercules chair, I got it. Albiet with a box that looks like a forklift went through it and the chair has completely twisted. On the second (replacing the first - thanks for the very quick replacement!) the box was in much better condition and the chair assembled in probably 5 minutes. It's very comfortable, doesn't flex under me at all (I'm about 325 pounds, I'm 6ft 3ft) and very light on my back (I broke my back, this chair offers a lot of support). I cannot rate it higher than 3 stars as Amazon has refuted my previous review of this chair by saying it "goes against company standards". I suppose it is considered a bad deed to tell the truth about the state the first chair arrived in? Telling people it arrived with a huge hole in the box and the chair was badly bent with a couple of unthreaded screws before I even took it out of the box?
