A separate quest is to understand how deep you need to insert the SIM card - deep until it clicks, until it stops springing back. At first, I did not insert it completely and screwed the plug, but the watch did not pass registration. After I inserted the SIM card correctly, the registration using the qr-code passed and everything worked.
