Great customer service and product!

I accidentally ordered this and another Vanmass car phone holder, so I returned the extra one.The customer service was great from the beginning - the contacted me to make sure there wasn’t anything wrong and if so they’d replace it. Customer service was kind and responsive, even after I forgot to respond for a month!In addition, the other Vanmass car phone holder I bought (which ended up being this one more or less just w different photos) has been a great addition to our car. Easy to install, easy to use, and we like that there’s lots of options for how you want to use it/orient it.

Firm grip on the phone secures it in place while driving, reducing the risk of accidents
