Review on Deedee Blankie Oversized Toddler Blanket by Mary Brown

Still waiting for my little one to love this blanket as much as I do. He's two years old and has his own opinion on just about everything, but in this case the hug factor is undeniable. It's SO SOFT! And I like that it's kind of very warm and at the same time very thin. One side is fluffy and plush, the other side is cotton and soft. I put it on a chair in the nursery while my little one warms up. However, both my 8 year old and I use it as a sofa blanket almost every day. Washes and dries well and will soften over time. The white color makes it easy to get the duvet dirty, but that's not the duvet's fault. One important thing to note is that while the dimensions are correct, it's a lot larger than I expected. Definitely more than other duvets for my 2 year old's crib. It's great for long-term use, but I don't think it would be good for a younger toddler. Great size for a cot. and great for packing up during road trips or on the couch! Overall, I expect this to remain in use long after my little one outgrows it. I also think that he will like it in the end. It's a bit indulgent for a personal purchase, but something I'd totally snap up for a baby shower or first birthday party.
