My husband wears a 13 EEEE and fits a 13-2XW. He has neuropathy in one foot due to a spinal injury and finds it difficult to find wide comfortable shoes that actually look like regular shoes. He occasionally wears Dr. Comfort and OrthoFeet but this shoe will be his favorite. He likes that they are leather and not just stretch fabric like some of his other neuropathy shoes.
