I like that they are always willing to work with me when there is an issue or concern we have about my system/network setup! They also offer great advice at all levels from beginner users looking into their first network device up in high level networking professionals who want some extra help understanding how networks should be set-up (and why). Their pricing structure can sometimes seem rather complicated so it's good if you're able understand what your options really mean before signing any contracts - especially since this isn't something where price negotiation will likely make much difference anyways as long as everything works well together once installed :) We use them primarily because most other companies don't give us enough time after purchase order goes out until AFTER contract was signed which means not being sure exactly HOW LONG IT WILL BE taking etc.. This helps ensure things run smoothly while working within budget constraints but.
