It arrived quickly, was well packaged and worked great. While I can't explain it, I've found that Moen OEM parts consistently perform better and last longer than cheap aftermarket parts. It's weird because they all look the same to me and we're just talking about water flowing through simple geometric shapes, but there's a noticeable difference. faucet before ordering to ensure you receive the correct part for your specific Moen faucet. In my case, my faucet had multiple internal parts (not interchangeable). Just looking at a picture and choosing a part can get you into trouble quickly, at least with Moen parts.
