Very warm! My review
I bought this for my 11 year old son, we are in Chicago and the winters are harsh. He loves to! I've also worn it (it fits well because it's for kids) but I can also confirm that it's very warm. It protects well from the wind. And if necessary, it can easily be pulled under the mouth/chin.
