I really wanted to love this bag.It’s the biggest of it’s kind (I made a chart to compare features and sizes), the only one that has a built in strap for stroller and has a pocket for the diaper pad that comes with it. It doesn’t have the secret/quick access phone pocket, but I could do without that. The shoulder straps are a little scratchy on my bare skin, but I appreciated the back support cushion.All was well, until. the shoulder straps became unstitched. Game over. I’ve used it for about a month or so. I wish it was made to be more durable.
