Review on Crucial PC3 12800 SODIMM 204 Pin Memory by Jim Worthington

I wanted to post with a low enough rating so that potential buyers would read the review. I have no problem with the Revain supplier. For those of you buying these chips for the iMac Retina 5K, don't. These chips cause the sleep/wake function to fail. After the chips are removed, functionality returns. This is a known issue reported on a major website since December 2014. Crucial has chosen to act like news each time it is reported. I bought a replacement from Other World Computing (OWC) and these chips work fine, including wake/sleep. But I'm not sure if there will be other problems later.
