This parchment paper is GREAT! I've been using parchment paper for about a year. I bought this giant pack because I mostly use parchment paper when baking cookies. in the freezer. I easily go through 4-5 sheets of parchment paper with each batch, even though I reuse the sheets when taking my cookie cutters from the freezer to the oven. This parchment paper is amazing. It's a good thick quality. I tested it last weekend while making a batch of cookies and it turned out to be better quality than what I've used before. I also really like the cardboard envelope it came in, it's great for storage. The entire paper pack fits in one of my wide kitchen drawers, but it also easily fits on the shelf where you keep your bakeware. Definitely recommend - this is a great product if you bake often or use parchment paper in the kitchen. Much better than buns in my opinion!
