I'm a passionate amateur photographer who travels regularly (and hates seeing other amateurs with thousands of settings they definitely can't use) so I know that many more experienced people don't like this lens but I prefer it. Portability and versatility are very important to me, so this lens on my E-M5 is perfect for me. It captures beautiful landscape, good portraiture, great street scenes, focuses quickly and the whole setup is large enough to feel massive, yet quite small and light. It's great for travel: It's super easy to carry around and take off all day. It also looks pretty good and fits nicely in the stylish MINICO PU Leather Case for the Olympus OM-D EM10 Mark II Camera. I'm inclined to think that tourists carrying around giant SLR cameras with even larger telephoto lenses will be the first to be robbed.
