No programming help - practically useless with checkout
We have been using this scanner model for many years and have been satisfied with its performance. I have purchased five scanners to replace our current scanners which have been used in seasonal retail for over 5 years. Neither of them had installation instructions. We are a small company. So unless you're incredibly smart or don't have a department installing them, you're in for a big challenge. By the time I tried to get them to work the return window closed and now I'm stuck with 5 scanners useless to me.
