Should have replaced an identical barcode scanner. The laser works, beeps, does not appear. Scan. Numbers on Topaz (Verifone)

Black plastic chipped off the scanner. If you looked closely you could see where they used black tape on parts of the cable.

Works great, the only thing that bothers me is that you have to laugh a little to put the device in the holder, it flips over in the tabla a few times if needed to get a grip it is better to leave it without a holder.

We use the Lightspeed Cloud app for our shop, which limits peripherals to a few specific brands, mainly supplied by them. We knew that this model is one of the few supported by the system. We bought it from Revain and it does an excellent job of meeting all of our barcode reader needs.

This item was purchased last December and used once for year end inventory. I used it again this year and it doesn't work properly at all; sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. Wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. We assumed that the one-year guarantee - no! Buyer warning!

We have been using this scanner model for many years and have been satisfied with its performance. I have purchased five scanners to replace our current scanners which have been used in seasonal retail for over 5 years. Neither of them had installation instructions. We are a small company. So unless you're incredibly smart or don't have a department installing them, you're in for a big challenge. By the time I tried to get them to work the return window closed and now I'm stuck with 5 scanners…
