I've been dreaming of this for a long time. I use it in different ways. First, I use it as a facial massager. I use the large end for large areas of the face and the small end for more targeted areas like the eyes and nose. I use upward movements and medium pressure. I also like to use it around my temples, between my eyebrows and at the base of the back of my head when I have a headache. It doesn't remove it, but it seems to make it easier. The second way I use is with my serums. I find it helps absorption more than just applying with my fingers. The product feels very comfortable the first time you use it. You can put it in the fridge for extra cooling, but I'm cool enough as is. I didn't use the small tool that came with it. I'm not exactly sure what it's used for. Overall I am happy with this product and will continue to use it.
