Review on Koss Communications Headset Microphone CS100 USB by Jesus Gallagher

Works really well in all video conferencing modes I've used on my laptops and desktops I've used it with (Teams, Zoom, Skype, Webex, .). The sound quality in the headphones is excellent, as is the microphone. With the 2.5mm jack version, my Dell dock would sometimes cause confusion with Windows 10 audio or when trying to select speakers or headphones. Not so with this USB version. And the foam earcups that don't cover my ears mean I can hear what's going on around me, like the phone is ringing or someone trying to speak to me. The headband adjustment is more than adequate for my large head, and the stem moves slightly when I switch the phone from right to left or move the stem to the side when just listening. Listening to music is pretty good, but I bought them to use for conference calls and Skype/Teams, which they're really good at. The only problem is the cable management, but the cable is long enough for me to have enough freedom of movement. The price is so attractive that I carry one in my briefcase and have one on my desk.
