I am not sure what is wrong. but i had a bad experience with what i got. my milling cutter dulled immediately the first time it was used on my cnc with only a 0.05 depth of cut. maybe i got a bad one? I only cut oak at slow speeds with no rattling. It ended up with noticeably dull edges after only cleaning a 5" x 12" area at low speed. The chip size seemed good but the edges after that make me worry this bit is done, or almost so after one use. It seems disappointing for $20.
