This product is junk. It's broken right out of the box and won't connect to a device to set it up. Absolutely useless. Their support documentation on their website is terrible and doesn't provide any connection troubleshooting whatsoever. Of course I get my money back. But I cannot replace the time I spent trying to understand this completely useless product. DO NOT BUY. you have been warned Doesn't connect to any device. Edit: To take my time, I contacted their tech support to help them resolve their issue. We tried to reset the stack. Removing the battery. connection manually. connection by telephone. etc. I can't stress this enough, DO NOT BUY THIS. You know the software is buggy and unstable, and if you can't even set up the device, how can you trust it to store your images or content. Learn from my difficulties and avoid them.
