I love the concept behind callhippo, a cloud-based telephony solution that allows you to dial into any number with a single click. This is great if you are a small business or start up trying to build brand awareness. It also works great for larger organizations who want to offer call center services to clients. But it has its shortcomings too. While CallHippo is simple to use and offers powerful functionality, it doesn’t have an integrated CRM. For example, you cannot tie contact data from Salesforce directly into CallHippo so it is difficult to see how prospects or existing customers progress through the sales cycle. As a result, it is hard to create detailed reports to identify opportunities, evaluate performance, and measure ROI. And it does not integrate with other systems like Hubspot, Pipedrive, and Zapier. Overall though, CallHippo is a great tool for small businesses and startups. If you want to make sure you never miss a critical call, and keep everyone on the same page, it’s a must try!
