This meant we could concentrate on other things within our business. They make sure they stay ahead of trends so that you can still use the latest functionality even if it hasn't been released yet. The team behind the project was always available to answer any question or help us understand how it works.
Pros
- The service is easy to use, no training needed
- You can work together as a team with different roles such as developers, testers, analysts etc.
Cons
- For example you cannot create a workflow directly
- At times you may encounter bugs when using the service
