Great tool and awesome Customer Support

The integrations between cross beam are amazing! I recently started using it for my marketing campaign tracking which has been working well so far (also helped by their excellent documentation). Not much to dislike from this product - great customer support team as always would love more reporting features but everything else works nicely too including email integration etc.. We've found some good insights into our client interactions though out campaigns via CRM feeds integrated through thematic views in xBEE dashboard platform.- Marketing Campaigns- Interactions/Contact Center The ability to keep different types customer information separate but still in one place-this saves time as well as makes it easier for me when I need specific info about my clients or vendors! It's not very easy finding vendor / client contact details if you do so by hand this can take hours - using cross beam all these contacts are there within seconds.- no longer have any worries what type/size business i am dealing with because they fit right into 1 category.

  • Simple, intuitive interface that keeps things clear cut & simple without getting bogged down like other platformsI really enjoy how fast data updates get synced across channels such as Google AMP
