Switching on works only 20% of the time. If I can't even use it, it doesn't even deserve one star. I've only kept it for so long (2 months) because I have the Hue smart lighting system so I don't have to turn it on and off using the touch function (once I've got it on I can leave it like that) and use the app Hue to control the lightbulb). But it also flickers randomly - and the only way to stop it is to cycle it on a real lamp, which is almost impossible at times. Last time I spent a full 30 minutes getting the touch feature to work and turn it on - tapping, tapping, tapping for half an hour until suddenly one of the touches registered and it worked. This is incredibly annoying! Not worth the trouble. I came here hoping I still have time to return it, only to find out I was two weeks late. I should have returned it from the start.
