Are you kidding?

Repackaging the goods consisted of folding the parts into a cardboard box (see picture). A quick check shows that at least the threaded pin for the switching valve is missing (picture). I'm not sure if the included instructions are appropriate for the product. The product has been installed and used (Fig.). Scratches on chrome (photo). This should never have been accepted as a return or resold.
