I bought 6 Sunco PAR 38 LEDs and 6 Hyperikon PAR 38 LEDs, both 2700k dimmable, to be able to compare them side by side. In short, Hyperikons lamps are absolutely superior to Sunco lamps. I have about 30 flush mount boxes so I was trying to find a good one as my halogens are burning out. I have a Lutron Maestro dimmer that turns on almost every light in the house. Sunco bulbs flickered in almost every spot I tried to install them, but Hypericons didn't. I have a few spots where there was a slight "leak" where both brands of bulbs stayed dimly on even with the switch off. The color and dimmable range of these Sunco bulbs (2700k) were very comparable to Hypericons, but none were as good in terms of color and "dimmability" as the halogen bulbs they replaced.
