
Arguably the best upgrade for the anemic 3.3 I6 Ford. I installed this in a 1982 Fairmont and the difference was night and day. No more flat spots when accelerating. Really optimistic now. I used a relay to power the magnet directly from the battery, using the original positive on the coil to turn on the relay. All it took was a slight adjustment in time, I used my wires as they weren't that old. Totally self contained so the Duraspark box, original coil and associated wiring have been replaced with a simple relay and 30 amp fuse.
