Working from home I don't get that much "exercise" in my daily life and sitting at my desk 10 hours x 4 days a week started well, mostly because I'm not fully seated in a chair for reasons unknown. The device does not heat up and does not vibrate, which I did not need. There are 3 different functions and 3 different pressure levels and 2 timer options. I can wrap the covers around my feet, upper/lower legs, upper/lower arms and hands. Each pack has air pockets that inflate and release air at different times, creating a massage sensation. I use mine twice a day for 15-20 minutes. I feel great and very relaxed because it is my fault that I fell asleep during the treatment. I don't like massages or people touching me for a long time and due to Covid I will not go out unnecessarily. The remote control is easy to read and use. The only slight distraction are the hoses leading from the hull to the console. There are only 2 of these plus a plug that also connects to the remote control. I can't think of any other way to work with wraps without the tubing specified, so this is more of a personal issue that I didn't anticipate.
