I decided it was time to play around. I took some alcohol swabs and wiped the thermal head (which prints on thermal paper) and everything inside. Once I unplugged it, I also grabbed a toothbrush and some rubbing alcohol and brushed the area of your teeth you use to tear paper. It was SO MUCH DIRT I'm honestly surprised it even got released. Seriously, use the floppy to add software, I created a template in Word and fixed the size/shape for the labels we need to print and so far (fingers crossed) this has been a good little printer. Just make sure the color is 100% black and not gray for the barcodes to print correctly.
