Great Platform - Very intuitive User Interface

The ability to do custom analytics for our customers, allowing us in providing detailed data that helps drive decision making process across multiple areas such as category strategy/planning & operational improvements etc.,etcetera! Nothing yet at this stage but definitely would like more functionalities within Analytics product if they plan it soon :) A very good start with their tool! Definitely thumbs up. Do extensive market research before implementing any marketing automation tools so you get relevant insights into what your target audience wants from you instead wasting time trying something new which may or most probably wont work out well (if not implemented properly). We can use the Xtel platform to view, access, extract insights from our data as well as develop and manage multiple omni channel strategies. The user interface could be improved for some functions but this is an easy fix. I would recommend it! It has allowed us to have all touch points under one roof which allows us to easily update campaigns across channels if required at any point in time.
