Revain sells this rotary gauge at about the same price as our local tool rental service. It comes with a nice canvas carrying case. The handle folds in two places, allowing this lightweight, rotating measuring wheel to fit in your pocket for easy portability. I wasn't expecting to find a bonus measuring tape in my package, but with that I can easily attest to the accuracy of this measuring wheel. No skills other than walking are required to operate this device. First I press the reset button to reset all numbers to zero, then I spin the wheel the distance I want to measure. The results are easy to read through the small viewing window. It's all mechanical. Batteries and electronics are not required. I wish every tool I own was this easy to use.
