To remove the driver's door on a 2003 Nissan 350 there is a small triangular cut out cover closest to the handle which slides out to access the stud behind the handle. TWO OTHER SCREWS UNDER THE WINDOW SWITCHES. This motor has a 1/4 inch lower and raise when opening and closing the door. I installed the motor with the window open. After installing the new motor, I manually worked the window by moving it up and down three times with the door open. (DID NOT USE THE AUTO-LIFT FEATURE OF THE SWITCH). With the window down, I closed the door and used the auto up feature. It worked. I open the door and the 1/4 inch drip works great. Be sure to detach the wire clips HOLDING THE WIRE CONNECTIONS from the back of the door panel. Release the brackets.
