Review on Upgrade Your Dodge Ram (1500, 2500, 3500) with 🚗 Black Bezel Double Din Navigation Radio Stereo Installation Kit (2002-2005) by Robert Gilbert

I received this to install a Pioneer AVHX8500BHS in my 2004 Dodge Ram. The fit of the frame to the radio is perfect. Wiring harness and antenna adapter fit perfectly. The cables even matched in color from Dodge to Pioneer. The fit of the frame to the dashboard is not perfect. I'm not giving stars anymore because I let the epoxy cure for 24 hours and when I tried to install the radio the bezel came loose on one side. It's probably my fault for leaving it in the garage overnight at 45-50F so I'm trying again in a warmer garage and giving it 48 hours to install. Also, I don't know if there are different epoxy colors, but for this application, black epoxy is much better than amber. Radio that will hang on it. It scares me to think that if I hit a bump, the epoxy that came off so easily would support the entire weight of the radio. Another disadvantage is that each type has six screws. It looks like there should have been four of one type to attach the brackets to the faceplate and eight of another type to attach the radio to the brackets. I tried to find such screws in three hardware stores without success.
