Second update: The company and I finally connected and they sent me a replacement bed sheet set that seems to work better. They are very soft and show no signs of wear. The person I worked with on this edition was very nice and sent me two t-shirts for free which I received yesterday and they are VERY soft! I am grateful that they were able and willing to resolve this issue! UPDATE: Do not buy these sheets. I've had them for 3 months I think and they are falling apart. I wash clothes with great care, so I've never done this before. I don't wear jewelry to bed, I'm not a particularly nervous person so there's really no reason this happened. At last count there are 4 unexplained holes in the bottom sheet. Totally unacceptable for the price. Sheets may not last forever, but you should definitely expect them to last more than a few washes over a couple of months. How do I get my money back?! At first I was excited about these sheets. My partner and I have a good nights sleep and these have been my first sheets that don't make us suffer from cold sweats at night. They are soft and breathable and the color is a beautiful rich green. HOWEVER, I spent weeks buying and comparing different sheets before investing in them. I've never spent that much on a pair of sheets, but I thought it would be an investment in my good night's sleep. I am so disappointed that after one wash there was an inexplicable HOLE in the fitted sheet and the seam of the flat sheet began to unravel and fray. Considering the cost of these sheets I can't believe they fell apart after only two washes with all the washing instructions. I'm really upset that a product with such a high rating and such an expensive price turns out to be of such poor quality.
