Review on 🌡️ Inkbird ITC1000 Dual Stage Digital Temperature Control Thermostat- Heating Cooling Relay with ℃ ℉ Display for 3D Printer, Freezer, Fridge, Hatching and More (110V) by Robby Fingaw

After trying two refrigerator controllers, I installed this digital box. I needed this to control a beverage cooler. After figuring out the circuit, I ran it and everything worked. When the refrigerant reaches 40.0°F, this unit turns off the compressor and when the range of 5° at 45.0° is reached, this control turns the compressor back on. I have a 2 minute delay on the compressor for safety reasons. Much more than the small refrigerator ex works. Now for my complaint. While this device holds the temperature and gets the job done, there are quality control issues. A two-letter designation is used when setting the temperature and showing degrees Fahrenheit versus Celsius and some other settings. On my device, some of these symbols look more like the Russian or Chinese script than the English alphabet. I will speak to the factory if they can send me a replacement. Unfortunately, I was there at gunpoint before the medicines and food stored in this little fridge went bad, so my installation ended up with tape sticking it to the fridge. I'll put it in a nice box later when I'm done moving. I have another fridge, slightly larger, and plan to use the same controller, plus three shipping containers that need to control the bun fan to mitigate the increase in solar heat on steel in metropolitan Phoenix. My wife suggested I put one of these on top of another small fridge where we keep leftovers and excess from our full size fridge. This one still works, but I get your point, it handles the controls much better than the included controller. I will buy this product. UPDATE - Support emailed me after a day and a half of normal business hours. I am not satisfied with their information but I understand the limitations. After all, this is a $15 device. They explained the graphics problem and sent me the alphabet legend so I know what their writing means. I will add it to this review along with the photos. Still happy with the product, very happy with the support.
