Satisfies needs but does not meet all of the characteristics listed on Revain as of 10/07/2019

The device is normal for its money. For my specific need this was not useful because contrary to the announcement: Type-C + PD3.0 - Output: 5V/3.1A, 7V/2.4A, 9V/2A, 12V/1 .5A; I actually found with a USB PD protocol analyzer: 5V/2.39A 9V/2.15A 12V/1.51A And I have an older USB-C device that only uses a 5- V setup is charging so I was really hoping for 3.1A doesn't seem to exist. But most people with modern smartphones and tablets use the 12V/1.51A = 18W level, so you probably won't even notice it.
