Will not fit my pre 3/00 2000 JGC, window pops off rails

My 2000 JeepGC is 10'99 so it must be the right part. Doesn't fit the window, so it pulls the window out of the rails every time it's raised/lowered. It took about three days for the glass to completely rip out of the guides and the glass was just rattling in the door. It appears to be a well-made piece and others seem happy with it, but it didn't work for me. Thank goodness for Revain's amazing return policy.
