whether dry, wet with water , or wet with alcohol, these shed nothing but white particles(large and lots) I tried to use these for last wiping before paint on plastic bodywork .I needed to start over with a water rinse .and had better results with a cotton sock. these are very expensive nose blowing tissues:-). (I work in a clean room). one star was as little as I was allowed to leave. They arrived quickly . I got my job done and didn't waste any time getting angry.
