Review on MAXXIS Bravo AT-771 215/65 R16 98T summer by Micha Poklkowski ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A good and high-quality product, but there are disadvantages.

There was no more balanced alternative when I considered what to add to the Hoda HR-V in 2022, regardless of the cost or available features. It pulls normally through mud (naturally and without fanaticism), gravel, and asphalt; nothing is wrong, and wear wasn't apparent until after two or three seasons of use. I thus purchased the same pair of summer tires when the need arose. I advocate in general.

Pros
  • 1. Hankook, which offers AT rubber at the lowest price, is a third more expensive. 2. Normal quality, 6 seasons and approximately 60 thousand kilometers traveled; during the most recent season, cracks moved in a circle and a hernia crept out from under the cover on one wheel; the tread residue is around 3–4 mm. I purchased a fresh set of the same rubber so as not to tempt fate. 3. Although there is a spike for it, rubber only shown relative durability in mud (particularly up until the tread was worn out). 4. Stable and even. 5. Has nearly no noise on the track and is not susceptible to hydroplaning
Cons
  • I didn't point out any obvious flaws other than the fact that it was a touch heavy (after two years, the front wheels' wheel bearings buzzed, but the rear ones are still functional), but any ATshka is heavier than a typical summer one.
