Product is decent overall, has a horrible "fishy" smell that plagues the house while in use, and lingers for quite a while each time the mug attachment is removed is damaged or not working . not working, i have spoken back and forth with the seller to find the problem its many rounds but i hope the new one they say they are supplying will fix the problem. Overall I wouldn't say this is the worst product but would like to explore more before purchasing. Update: They sent a new mug attachment, but I'm still having similar uneven heat issues. Also, it kind of "triggers" inside, where it doesn't heat up at all unless you wiggle the wire attaching it to the actual mug press, which seems extremely unsafe and dangerous due to electrical issues. Right now I've wasted hundreds of dollars on a product trying to figure out what the problem was with it so I'm going to go back and buy a new product. I would say avoid this product and save yourself a ton of money on damaged items due to uneven heating and poor design.
